SENATE VOTE EXPECTED ON DYSLEXIA LEGISLATION – WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 7

HB96: Definition of Dyslexia and Pilot Early ID Project
passed the Senate Education committee last week, 8-0
 
HB157:  Definition of a Dyslexia Specialist and Dyslexia Training
is scheduled for a vote by the Senate Education committee Tuesday, December 6.
 
We expect both bills to be voted on in the next Senate session, Wednesday, December 7! 
 
If your Senator is a member of the education committee,
please take a few minutes to thank her/him for her/his
support vote on this very important dyslexia legislation and ask her/him to encourage collegues to support this legislation when it comes up for a vote on the Senate Floor.
